Mode opératoire

Sodium citrate dihydrate was dissolved in nano-pure water to obtain 2.25% (w/v) sodium citrate. To the solution, Ga(NO3)3.9H2O was dissolved to obtain 1.5% (w/v) Ga(NO3)3. Leucine was added to one formulation at 1.2% (w/v), but not the other. The pH was adjusted to 7.0.
