Mode opératoire

Boron trifluoride-diethyl ether complex (75.3 μL) was added to a mixture of 2-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-7-[3-methoxy-4-(3-methyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)phenyl]hept-6-yn-2-ol (88.0 mg), trimethylsilylazide (105 μL) and toluene (4 mL) under ice-cooling, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 30 min, at 70° C. for 15 min and at 110° C. for 6 hr, and allowed to cool to room temperature. The reaction mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate, the mixture was washed with saturated aqueous sodium hydrogen carbonate solution and saturated brine, and dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate/hexane) to give the title compound (15.7 mg).
