Mode opératoire

After adding 0.5 ml (8.5 mmol) of methyl isocyanate to 0.6 g (1.7 mmol) of 1-(4-aminophenyl)-3-methylcarbamoyl-4-methyl-7,8-methylenedioxy-3,4-dihydro-5H-2,3-benzodiazepine (see Example 98) dissolved in 45 ml of anhydrous dichloromethane, the reaction mixture was stirred at 25 ° C. for 6 days. Then the crystalline precipitate was filtered, washed with 3×2 ml of dichloromethane and.dried at 60° to 80° C. to obtain 0.55 g (79.7%) of the pure aimed product, m.p.: 181°-183° C.,
