Mode opératoire

To a solution of 5-chloro-2-{2-[4-(4-fluoro-benzyl)-(2R,5S)-2,5-dimethyl-piperazin-1-yl]-2-oxo-ethoxy}-benzenesulfonamide (0.07 g, 0.150 mmol) in tetrahydrofuran (1.5 mL) was added isopropyl isocyanate (0.022 mL, 0.23 mmol) and 1,8-diazabycyclo[5.4.0 ]undec-7-ene (0.034 mL, 0.23 mmol). The reaction was stirred at 60° C. overnight. The reaction was concentrated and purified by chromatography on silica gel to give the title compound (0.06 g, LRMS: 555.2)
