Mode opératoire

Intermediate 2 (913 mg) was added with 10% hydrogen chloride/methanol solution (18 ml, Tokyo Kasei Kogyo) at room temperature and stirred for 25 minutes under reflux by heating. After the reaction, the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, and the residue was crystallized from a mixed solvent of methanol and diethyl ether to obtain the title compound (653 mg).
