Procedimiento

To a solution of compound 1 (1 equivalent) in DMF, at ambient temperature, was added benzylamine (1.2 equivalents). After 24 hours, the solvent was evaporated and the crude product 2 was utilized without purification. HPLC using method B (as described below for Example 5) provided a retention time of 3.8 minutes. FIA/MS (M+1) 319.3, (M−1) 317.2.
