Procedimiento

This compound was prepared from methyl 4-(4′-amino-1,1′-biphenyl-4-yl)-2-[2-(dimethyl-amino)ethyl]-4-oxobutanoate (60 mg, 0.17 mmol) and 2,6-dichloro-1,3-benzothiazole (51.8 mg, 0.25 mmol)) in a similar manner to the method described for 4-[4′-(1,3-benzothiazol-2-ylamino)-1,1′-biphenyl-4-yl]-2,2-dimethyl-4-oxobutanoic acid, providing 14.1 mg (13%) of the desired product as the trifluoroacetate salt. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CD3OD) δ 8.10 (d, 2 H), 7.70–8.10 (m, 8 H), 7.30 (m, 1H), 3.60 (m, 1 H), 3.30–3.40 (m, 3 H), 3.10 (m, 1 H), 2.95 (s, 6 H), 2.20 (m, 1 H), 2.00 (m, 1 H). LC-MS m/z 508.1 (MH+), ret. time 2.66 min.
