Procedimiento

5-Methyl-1,3-thiazole-2-carboxylic acid (55 mg, 0.38 mmol) was coupled with (R)-4-(1-(2-aminopropyl)-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-2-chlorobenzonitrile (100 mg, 0.38 mmol) using the method of Example 34(d). Crude product was purified by CombiFlash (column: C-18 silica, eluent: 0-100% MeCN in water) to obtain 80 mg (54%) of the title compound. 1H-NMR (400 MHz; CDCl3): δ 1.24 (d, 3H), 2.55 (d, 3H), 4.26 (dd, 1H), 4.45 (dd, 1H), 4.51-4.62 (m, 1H), 6.63 (d, 1H), 7.49 (d, 1H), 7.60 (dd, 1H), 7.68 (d, 1H), 7.79 (dd, 1H), 8.13 (d, 1H), 8.24 (d, HA).
