Procedimiento

73 g of dimethylformamide are cooled to -50° C. 92 g of phosphorus oxychloride are added dropwise, followed by 34.2 g of 2-chlorophenylacetic acid, and the reaction mixture is stirred at room temperature for 30 minutes. It is then heated at 70°-80° C. for 5 hours 30 minutes. The reaction mixture is rendered alkaline with potassium carbonate, 200 ml of toluene are added and the mixture is heated in a water bath for 1 hour.
