Procedimiento

The title compound was prepared by following the procedure as described for Example-31 by using methyl 4-(3-(2-chloro-6-methylphenyl)-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2-methoxybenzoate (Intermediate-27, 0.100 g, 0.268 mmol), 3-(difluoromethyl)aniline (Intermediate-29, 0.058 g, 0.40 mmol), trimethyl aluminium (2M solution in toluene) (0.5 mL) and dry toluene (5.0 mL) to afford 0.035 g of desired product. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO d6): δ 2.33 (s, 3H), 3.95 (s, 3H), 7.04 (m, 1H), 7.35 (d, 1H), 7.41 (m, 1H), 7.50 (m, 3H), 7.69 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 1H), 7.77-7.82 (m, 3H), 8.07 (s, 1H), 10.25 (s, 1H), 12.52 (br s, 1H); MS (m/z): 485.06 (M+H+).
