Procedimiento

To a solution of 2-(1-{[3,5-bis(difluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]acetyl}piperidin-4-yl)-1,3-thiazole-4-carbaldehyde (2.00 g) in ethanol (33 ml) was added dropwise hydroxylamine (50% in water, 0.36 ml) at room temperature. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 24 hours, then the solvent was removed under reduced pressure. This gave 2-(1-{[3,5-bis(difluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]acetyl}piperidin-4-yl)-1,3-thiazole-4-carbaldehyde oxime (2.00 g).
