Procedimiento

3.8 ml of methanesulfonyl chloride are added dropwise to 21 g of 4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-4-(3-methyl-phenyl)-N-tritylpiperidine (prepared according to scheme 5) dissolved in 200 ml of methylene chloride, cooled to 0° C. The reaction mixture is left for half an hour at room temperature, washed twice with water, dried over MgSO4 and concentrated under vacuum.
