Procedimiento

Three ml of sodium phosphate buffer, pH 7, is cooled to 0° C. and 0.052 g of product from Example 46 is added. To this cooled solution is added, dropwise, 159 μl of N,N-dimethylformamide diisopropyl acetal, while maintaining the pH below 8.5. The reaction mixture is stirred at 0° C. for 35 minutes, pH adjusted to 7.0 and freeze-dried. The residue is purified by chromato- graphy (C18 reverse phase tlc plates: 75% aqueous ethyl alcohol) to give 0.031 g of the desired product.
