Procedimiento

In an analogous manner to Example 1B, the product from step A is reacted with half-concentrated hydrochloric acid to give 10-(1-aminomethyl-2-oxa-7-aza-bicyclo[3.3.0]oct-7-yl)-9-fluoro-3-methyl-7-oxo-2,3-dihydro-7H-pyrido[1,2,3-de][1,4]benzoxazine-6-carboxylic acid hydrochloride with a melting point of 220°-227° C. (with decomposition).
