Procedimiento

Using an analogous method to that described in Example 1, but starting from 5-bromo-2-chloro-4-(phenylthio)pyrimidine (Method 6) and 4-[2-hydroxy-3-(N,N-dimethylamino) propoxy]aniline hydrochloride (Method 8), the product was obtained. NMR: 2.2 (s, 6H), 2.3 (m, 2H), 3.7 (m, 1H), 3.9 (m, 2H), 4.7 (d, 1H), 6.5 (d, 2H), 7.0 (d, 2H), 7.6 (5H), 8.3 (s, 1H), 9.5 (s, 1H); MS (MH+): 475, 477.
