0.25 g (0.94 mmol) of 5-(2-bromopyrid-5-yl)-1-azabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-3-ene (WO 03/057 697) dissolved in 3 ml of tetrahydrofuran, 1.24 g (2.07 mmol) of 1-triphenylmethyl-4-tributylstannylimidazole and 0.06 g (0.08 mmol) of bis(triphenylphosphine)dichloropalladium are successively introduced into a 10 ml three-necked round-bottomed flask. The mixture is then heated at 85° C. for 15 hours and then diluted in 10 ml of chloroform and 10 ml of saturated aqueous sodium carbonate solution.
