Procedimiento

To a stirred solution of 1-((1-tosyl-1H-indol-4-yl)methyl)-1,9-diazaspiro[5.5]undecan-2-one (TFA salt) (0.11 g, 0.201 mmol) in 5.0 mL DMF, 2-chloroquinoxaline (0.04 g, 0.241 mmol) and K2CO3 (0.084 g, 0.603 mmol) were added and the reaction mixture was stirred for 6 h at 80° C. under a nitrogen atmosphere. The reaction mixture was quenched with ice-cold water and extracted with ethyl acetate (2×25 mL), dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure to yield the title compound as a pale yellow solid (0.120 g). LCMS RtA=0.512, [M+H]+=579.9
