Procedimiento

Prepared in analogy to example 1.1 b) from 2-isopropoxy-5-methanesulfonyl-benzoic acid (Example 2.2) and 2-Piperazin-1-yl-benzothiazole-4-carboxylic acid methyl ester hydrochloride in tetrahydrofuran. The crude material was purified by chromatography (SiO2, heptane/ethyl acetate), and the residue was then triturated in ether to yield the title compound as a white solid.
