Procedimiento

Prepared in analogy to example 1.1 b) from 2-isopropoxy-5-methanesulfonyl-benzoic acid (Example 2.2) and 6-chloro-2-piperazin-1-yl-benzothiazole. The crude material was purified by chromatography (SiO2, CH2Cl2/MeOH=95/5) to yield the title compound as a yellowish solid. MS (m/e): 552.3 (M+CH3COOH+)
