Procedimiento
A mixture of ethyl benzyl(4-hydroxybut-2-ynyl)carbamate (0.05 g, 0.202 mmol), mercury(II) acetate (6.44 mg, 0.020 mmol) and boron trifluoride etherate (5.12 μl, 0.040 mmol) in Acetonitrile (0.5 ml) and Water (0.250 ml) stirred at 90° C. in wheaton vial for 30 min. By HPLC-MS the main peak corresponds to expected product.
