Procedimiento

This compound is prepared by the method described in Example 4, Step B, except that an equivalent quantity of ethyl 2-chloro-4-[3-(4-oxo-2-thiazolidinyl)propyl]benzoate is substituted for the ethyl 4-[3-(4-oxo-2-thiazolidinyl)propyl]benzoate of Example 4, Step B. The title compound is obtained as an oil by column chromatography on silica gel with 2% methanol in chloroform as eluant.
