Procedimiento

Leu-psi -Tpi-BHA resin is made by reacting Boc-Leu-psi -Trp-BHA resin with formaldehyde in accordance with the procedures as follows: Boc-Leu-psi -Trp-BHA resin is obtained from 1.0 g BHA resin (0.9 m mode NH2 g) with coupling Boc-Trp and Boc-Leu-CHO successively by the method indicated in Operation I and Operation II. 10 ml. DMF containing 1% acetic acid is added to the above peptide resin and then reacted with 1 ml 10% formaldehyde at room temperature for 60 minutes and washed with DMF, MeOH and DCM.
