The title compound was prepared from N-methylbutan-1-amine and 8-(5-bromopentyloxy)-4-(3,5-dichloropyridin-4-ylamino)-7-methoxy-2H-chromen-2-one (Example 28) following the procedure outlined in Example 52. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 9.40 (br s, 1H), 8.57 (s, 2H), 7.85 (d, 1H), 7.05 (d, 1H), 4.24 (br s, 1H), 3.96 (t, 2H), 3.87 (s, 3H), 2.62 (br, 4H), 2.39 (br s, 3H), 1.70 (m, 2H), 1.60 (m, 2H), 1.47 (m, 4H), 1.26 (m, 2H), 0.85 (t, 3H); MS (ESI): 508.1.
