The title compound was prepared from ethyl 8-bromooctanoate and 4-(3,5-dichloropyridin-4-ylamino)-8-hydroxy-7-methoxy-2H-chromen-2-one (Example 29) following the procedures outlined in Examples 25 & 42. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 9.50 (s, 1H), 8.81 (s, 2H), 7.93 (d, 1H), 7.19 (d, 1H), 4.63 (s, 1H), 3.97 (t, 2H), 3.91 (s, 3H), 2.18 (t, 2H), 1.66 (m, 2H), 1.54-1.40 (m, 4H), 1.36-1.24 (m, 4H); MS (ESI): 494.9.
