Procedimiento

To a solution of the product from Step 2 (368 mg, 0.593 mmol), Intermediate A2 (136 mg, 0.712 mmol) and DIPEA (0.518 mL, 2.97 mmol) in DMF (10 mL) was added HATU (271 mg, 0.712 mmol). The solution was stirred at RT for 2 hours, diluted with EtOAc (150 mL), washed with water (3×50 mL), brine (50 mL), dried over Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated. The residue was chromatographed on silica gel, eluting with 5% to 75% EtOAc in hexane, to give the title product (411 mg). LRMS (ESI) m/z 757.4 [(M+H)+; calcd for C37H50BrN4O8: 757.3].
