Procedimiento

The title compound was prepared according to the general procedure for the synthesis of N-Aryl-benzenesulfonamides previously described using 138 mg of (2-Amino-5-bromo-phenyl)-phenyl-methanone and 116 mg of 4-tert-butyl-benzenesulfonyl chloride 1H-NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ 1.21 (s, 9H), 7.30 (d, 2H, J=8.8 Hz), 7.36-7.44 (m, 4H), 7.47 (d, 1H, J=2.4 Hz), 7.54-7.63 (m, 4H), 7.21 (d, 1H, J=8.8 Hz), 9.92 (s, 1H). MS: m/z 473.4 (M++1).
