The title compound was prepared in 81% yield by the procedure described in Example 166 (step H) using ethyl 4-chloro-1,5-dimethyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridazine-3-carboxylat (500 mg, 2.17 mmol) and 2-fluoro-4-methylthioaniline (375 mg, 2.38 mmol).
