Procedimiento

4'-vinyl-3-hydroxyflavone. 2-hydroxyacetophenone (Aldrich) was used as received. Ethyl alcohol was distilled prior to use. 4-vinyl benzaldehyde was synthesized using the procedure described in Example 1(a).
