Procedimiento

A mixture of (S)-1-(6-bromo-1-methyl-1H-pyrrolo[3,2-b]pyridin-5-yl)ethan-1-amine (510 mg, 2.0 mmol), pyrrolidin-3-ol (870 mg, 10 mmol) and potassium 2-methylpropan-2-olate (1.56 g, 14.0 mmol) in dioxane (15 mL) was heated to 150° C. for 2 hours in a microwave reactor. The solvent was evaporated in vacuo to give the title compound as a yellow oil which was used without further purification (1.5 g). ESI-MS m/z [M+H]+ calc'd for C14H20N4O, 261. found 261.
