Procedimiento

A mixture of 4,5-dichloropyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazine (3.73 g, 19.8 mmol), 2-fluoro-4-nitrophenol (3.43 g, 21.8 mmol) and potassium carbonate (5.47 g, 39.6 mmol) in DMF (100 mL) was stirred at 60° C. for 1 h. After cooling to rt, the reaction was filtered through a short plug of silica gel with ethyl acetate and then concentrated in vacuo. The crude product was purified by recrystallization from ethyl acetate/hexanes (1:1) to give the title compound (4.37 g, 71%) as a white solid. 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 8.22-8.17 (m, 2H), 7.92 (s, 1H), 7.77 (d, 1H, J=2.8 Hz), 7.58 (t, 1H, J=7.2 Hz), 6.87 (d, 1H, J=3.2 Hz); MS(ESI+) m/z 309.3 (M+H)+.
