Procedimiento

90 ml of Nitric acid was primarily mixed with 62.33 g calcium carbonate in a 100 ml beaker. The slow addition of nitric acid to the calcium carbonate resulted in the formation of calcium nitrate and water. To this mixture 87 g of urea, 12.82 g of aluminum nitrate, and 12.7 g of silica fume were added at their appropriate amounts based on the final percentage of individual components required for cement formation. All the raw materials were bought from Fischer Scientific.
