Procedimiento

The procedure of Example 17 was repeated, but an initiator was employed that was prepared by reacting, at ambient temperature, the naphthalene potassium solution which was the result of the preliminary addition of potassium to naphthalene in THF, with α-methylstyrene. The molar ratio of the ligand to the initiator was 10. The solvent employed was THF. The results obtained are reported in Table 3:
