Procedimiento

Sodium citrate dihydrate was dissolved in nano-pure water to obtain 1.5% (w/v) sodium citrate. To the solution, Ga(NO3)3.9H2O was dissolved to obtain 1.5% (w/v) Ga(NO3)3. In addition, amino acids of varying ΔGwater-vapor index were added to the solution and the pH was adjusted to 7.0 (Table 2). The concentration of the amino acid in the solution was 0.8% (w/v) in all cases.
