Procedimiento

400 mg (R)-2-(2-chloro-6,7-dihydro-thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4-ylamino)-3-methyl-butyramide, 750 mg 1-(4-chloro-phenyl)-piperazine and 1.2 ml diisopropylethylamine are placed in 9 ml dioxane, then heated in the microwave for 1 hour and 45 minutes at 160° C. Then water is added. The precipitate formed is suction filtered and dried. 550 mg of the product are obtained as a powder. Analytical HPLC (method B): RT=3.03 min.
