The title compound is prepared from 3-methyl-4-oxo-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester and cyclopropylamine following a procedure analogous to that described in Intermediate 7. LC (method 3): tR=1.30 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=255 [M+H]+.
