19 was prepared from 4-amino-2-bromo-thieno[3,2-c]pyridine-7-carboxylic acid amide 17 and 4-methyl-2-thiopheneboronic acid according to the general procedure described in Example 2. 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ: 2.25 (s, 3H), 7.29 (s, 1H), 7.36 (s, 1H), 7.80 (br s, 1H), 8.14 (s, 1H), 8.40 (br s, 1H), 8.46 (s, 1H). MS (EI) m/z (M+H+) 290.
