Procedimiento

In the manner described hereinabove in Reference Example 11, 1-trimethylsilyl-3-oxo-6-chloro-1-hexyne is reacted with propargyl magnesium bromide to give 7-chloro-4-hydroxy-4-trimethylsilylethynyl-1-heptyne.
