Procedimiento

A solution of {4-amino-2-[4-(4-isopropyl-piperazin-1-yl)-phenylamino]-thiazol-5-yl}-(3-methoxy-phenyl)-methanone (of Example 43; 113 mg, 0.25 mmol) was dissolved in hot ethanol (10 ml) and to this was added 25 mg of phosphoric acid in ethanol (1 ml). This was cooled and crystals were collected and dried to furnish {4-Amino-2-[4-(4-isopropyl-piperazin-1-yl)-phenylamino]-thiazol-5-yl}-(3-methoxy-phenyl)-methanone; compound with phosphoric acid.
