Procedure

In this fraction, 8 components were identified using 5% it methanol in chloroform as a developing system and p-anisaldehyde/sulfuric acid as a visualizing reagent. Taxol-cephalomannine mixture appeared as a bluish-gray spot, with a Rf value of 0.62.
