Procedure

5-(2,5-Dimethyl-pyrrolidin-1-y1)-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid adamant-2-ylamide was prepared using Procedure A from 5-chloro-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid adamantan-2-ylamide (Intermediate 3) and 2,5-dimethylpyrrolidine. Mass spectrum (ES) MH+=419.
