Procedure

The product of Step C (5.0 g) and propylamine (20 mL) was heated at 400 C for 18 hours. The reaction was cooled to ambient temperature evaporated and the residue purified via silica gel chromatography (dichloromethane/methanol) to give the title compound which was converted to a HCl salt upon treatment with HCl/methanol.
