Procedure

Apomorphine aspartate solution was prepared by dissolving apomorphine base in 0.1M aspartic acid solution. Water was added to obtain a molar ratio of 1:1, apomorphine:aspartic acid, at a final concentration of 2% apomorphine. The pH of the solution was 4.9.
