Procedure

Apomorphine glutamate solution was prepared by dissolving apomorphine base in 0.1M glutamic acid solution. Water was added to obtain solutions with a molar ratio of 1:1 or 1:1.2, apomorphine:glutamic acid, at a final concentration of 2% apomorphine. The pH of each solution was 4.7 and 4.4, respectively.
