Vorschrift

A solution of 500 mg of 4-(Oleoylamino)phenyl 3-[N-(2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3-dioxane-4-carbonyl)amino]propionate in a mixed solvent composed of 20 ml of acetic acid and 10 ml of water was stirred at room temperature for 15 hours. 20 ml of water was then added to the reaction mixture, which was then extracted with methylene chloride. The methylene chloride layer was washed with water, and dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate. After removal of the solvent under vacuum evaporation, the residue obtained was subjected to silica gel column chromatography to obtain 395 mg of the title compound (yield: 85%).
