Vorschrift

A mixture of 2-(3,4-difluorophenyl)-4-(2-methyl-1-propoxy)-5-[4-(aminosulfonyl)phenyl]-3(2H)-pyridazinone (Example 403, 1 equivalent), acetic anhydride (3 equivalents), 4-(dimethylamino)pyridine (0.3 equivalents), and triethylamine (1.2 equivalents) is stirred at room temperature for 16 hours. The reaction mixture is partitioned between ethyl acetate and water. The organic layer is washed with brine then dried over MgSO4 and filtered. The filtrate is concentrated in vacuo to give the title compound.
