This compound was synthesized from 2-bromo-1-(4-fluorophenyl)ethanone and tert-butyl 3-carbamothioylpiperidine-1-carboxylate as described for example 59 step 5 (95 mg, yield 9%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.90-7.87 (dd, J=8.8 Hz, 5.3 Hz, 2H), 7.31 (s, 1H), 7.13-7.09 (t, J=8.8 Hz, 2H), 4.05-4.02 (m, 1H), 3.24-3.18 (m, 2H), 2.96-2.89 (m, 1H), 2.30-2.25 (m, 2H), 1.85-1.80 (m, 2H), 1.64 (m, 1H), 1.49 (s, 9H). MS (ESI) m/z: Calculated for C19H23FN2O2S: 362.15. found: 363.2 (M+H)+
