Vorschrift

The support bound N-(Fmoc)-N-methyl ethylenediamine succinate (105) was treated with 20% piperidine/DMF (10 mL—applied and then allowed to drain). An additional amount of 20% piperidine/DMF (10 mL) was then added and the slurry was agitated for 10 minutes. The support was then washed with DMF (10 mL×2), CH2Cl2 (10 mL×2) and finally with DMF (10 mL×2). The deprotected support (106) was then immediately used in Step 5.
