Vorschrift

(R)-4-(1-(2-(1,3-dioxoisoindolin-2-yl)propyl)-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-2-methylbenzonitrile (753 mg, 2.0 mmol) was treated with hydrazine hydrate using the method of Example 27(b). Crude product was purified by chromatography (CombiFlash, silica column, eluent: 0-20% MeOH/DCM) to obtain 82 mg (17%) of the title compound. 1H-NMR (400 MHz; d6-DMSO): δ 0.96 (d, 3H), 2.52 (s, 3H), 3.22 (m, 1H), 3.99 (m, 2H), 6.84 (d, 1H), 7.77 (m, 2H), 7.81 (d, 1H), 7.89 (m, 1H).
