Vorschrift

To a solution of tert-butyl ({4-fluoro-5-(2-fluoropyridin-3-yl)-1-[(4-methoxypyridin-2-yl)sulfonyl]-1H-pyrrol-3-yl}methyl)methylcarbamate (94 mg) in ethyl acetate (2 mL) and 2-propanol (1 mL) was added 4 mol/L hydrogen chloride-ethyl acetate solution (2 mL), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 4 hr. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the residue was recrystallized from ethyl acetate-ethanol to give the title compound as a white solid (yield 65 mg, 79%).
