The product from Example 37B and 3-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-[1,3,2]dioxaborolan-2-yl)-pyridine were processed as described in Example 38, except that a second column chromatography was done to provide 10 mg of the title compound. 1HNMR (300 MHz, CD3OD) δ 1.86 (m, 4H), 2.74 (m, 4H), 3.02 (t, 2H), 4.29 (t, 2H), 7.23 (dd, 1H), 7.31 (d, 1H), 7.56 (ddd, 1H), 7.76 (dd, 1H), 7.86–7.93 (m, 2H), 8.10 (d, 1H), 8.20 (ddd, 1H), 8.52 (dd, 1H), 8.91 (dd, 1H); MS (ESI) m/z 319 (M+H)+.
